Bukit OUG Condo, Any information?

The recipient of the ownership transfer has to give notice in Form I, First Schedule, Local Government Act (Act 171) to Local Authorities within 3 months of the transfer of ownership is completed before the change of name in the billing rates can be made. Owners are also required to submit Form 14A (Form of Transfer of Land, Section or Lease), a signed and completed certified copy to prove the validity of the transfer.

Dear friends, Some of you asked me how to write objection letter to DBKL to protest against the assessment hike. Here is a sample letter for you to follow. You put your particular in the blank space and submit to DBKL together with a photocopy of your DBKL assessment bill. You can also submit to YB Teresa Kok service center at Kuchai Entrepreneur's Park (tel: 03-7983 6768) and we will compile it and send to DBKL. pls refer to the attachment

Today went to DBKL change name for assessment, then also submit the complaint form to the DBKL. In total I have submitted 3 forms to them, previous 2 are via normal mail but no idea will reach them or not, so I gave again  hopefully DBKL will revise the rate again

As you drive across the bridge look to your right. You'll see a building structure between the entrance of Kiara Residence and Bukit OUG Condo guardhouse. At first glance, it looks like part of Kiara Residence condo. But on closer inspection...you'll find there a deep ridge dividing the two land parcels.

This land belongs to Islamic Division, part of an agreement when using the land for KR 1, developer build a free Asrama and Community Hall in return.
