use fix line... streamyx! rain or shine, you'll always be connected.
only problem using wireless, when heavy rain come.

thanks for your reply - i checked with TM and they said since bukit oug under unifi already, all new application must take unifi... But i dont want to use unifi cos i really dont use much, a mobile broadband will be best... any recommendations in bukit oug betwen maxis/celcom/digi/umobile pls

You will need to fill up a form and then hand over your IC and they will take you to the device they have in the small room and register both your thumb prints. They said there is no limit to how many people you want to register for your unit. So i guess anyone who visits you frequently will also benefit by registering under your unit.

Think prob looking at 300K if facing in and about 270 to 280k if facing out for normal units. Of course there are some really nice reno ones which can fetch higher.

However, Im not really been tracking bukit OUG as dont invest there much nowdays so I may be a bit back dated

Seems the latest balloting for covered car parks in Bkt OUG was cancelled and all applicants got a unit. I called the Mgmt office but they cannot even tell me what the car park unit number is allocated to me. Apparently they want us to make payment first and then at end of the month they will let us know which is our exact car park unit.

Not sure lah this one, what if I pay and then they give me a spot in another block... cannot cancel also after that.

Anyone got any update on this? or has done this previously?

I heard from the management maintenance ppl before Bkt oug is famous for sewerage blockage 1st flr will be the first one to hit. Moreover this is an old building. Good luck  shakehead.gif

if i were u, i wouldnt touch anything on the first flr.. It will be difficult to sell next time too.

Noleh - my friend got 2 units on first floor and staying here for 7 years no such thing also... maybe in certain blocks so depends... not all will have this prob

Besides, since ive been staying here didnt see any issue with blocked sewerage also

got dried water marks but thats very minimal ... less than a square foot in total in my condo

what peeves me is the road condition especially at the corner right before you get to the Fortuna court entrance at the bum where the newspaper and flower seller is at the opposite side of the conde... worst road ive been on and are they only going to repair it the night before elections? Hope not

last i checked it was around RM160K ...

but if not mistaken there are two types of 700++ sqft
*
There are 2 tyoes yes... One is the very common 775 sq feet which comes with 1+1rooms. Kitchen and hall are together. no balcony
The other is 791 sq ft commonly known as studio. Kitchen is a separate room and one bedroom plus got balcony. Have seen this in Blk 8/9 facing Nathans at the back (evening sun whacks nicely into it so very hot)

Not sure which other blocks have the 791 sq ft

Just checked my SPA it is 775 sq ft actually so a little different.

Im 100% sure also Blk 8 got 775 sq feet cos my friend lives there.

BTW, anyone know which blocks have 2+1 (1222 sq ft) facing inside (tennis crt, pool, koi pond)? Also are all the 1222 sq feet have the exact same layout?

Yehh is actually 775sf... I've one in Blk-7 confirmed only 775sf in this block, not sure about block-8 but you could be right since u've friend there. Those finding is based on my research last year.

1222sf only in Blk 3,3A,13,13A all same layout. You can see my photos in iprop

None of the 1222sf able to see the fish pond.. Only blk 6,7,8,9,10,11... and maybe block 5 & 12 too, cant see it from unit from blk-3A

btw which bank giving the highest valuation (even better if you got the actual valuer giving the highest quote) for the 1222 sq feet?
