 Bukit OUG Condo, Any information?

the bank called me just now asking me whether my unit there in Bkt OUG is covered (fire insurance) ...isnt the management already got it cover on behalf of the owner??

can i just request the management office to give us the policy?

Haha....ZR, KR1, OUG Parklane, Tiara mutiara, sutera maya & Residence 8 going to complete soon, without "LRT" support how to flip at high price biggrin.gif ?

Do the LRT can complete on 2006......i will said still big ?. Worst case will be delay 2018 .... tongue.gif

Now you know what is the value of our currency......s$1 = RM 2.54 and US$1 = 3.24......our RM became weak and weak.... icon_question.gif

Argh.....the painters took out my astro satellite n it cant function after they put it back....shouldn't hvnt let them take it out....according to the astro guy, he got 10 units with the same complaints... n v need to pay rm50 for him to repair it....can i claim from management?? Sigh....

Y so happy on delay? It not benefit at all, there will possibility to stop any time.

Fitch jz "downgrade" our rating from stable to negative, investor start to pull their money out of Malaysia market, like it or not like it, blr will increase soon, Gst must come in oledi, all subsidy will cut down and inflation will kick in very soon, aes & 1malaysia health care still waiting good opportunity to launch and etc. we will c more clear picture coming 2014 budget.

So, r u prepare urself for this all coming? If yes, congratulation u can continue to ur purchase, otherwise pls prepare urself from now. 😎

lots of negative element was there too 10 yrs back.....

the plus point now is: our currency has weaken making the property a lot cheaper. hmm.gif

Even as investor, we also worry about staying problem because we certainly want to attract and retain good/stable tenants and command good rental returns.
