, majority already finish their loan, they just wait since so many good news come to this area. I hv meet up wt few owner here, u can't imagine that out of 7, 5 ppl hv more than 2 units here. Some buy wt cash 👍. Of course they all buy at low price, the rental more than enough to cover their loan.
Do you know that in 2006, the studio unit only sell at 60k, the 1222 unit at 100k and big unit around 130k. All sell below 100psf. Look at now, almost reach 300psf.👍
I am sure that demand >supply in b.oug, now the buyer and seller playing waiting game, because the buyer feel expensive wait for price drop and the seller feel they sell the unit very cheap if compare development surround price, they want sell higher . I dun know who will win at last, but I personally feel that the price will not drop even no buyer keen to buy, since majority rental can cover their loan. If one or two buyer cannot tahan, go to buy wt high price, then will drive b. oug price to another high level.
