After scrutinising the statement of accounts again, 805k is a debtor.
then collection entry to offset the 805k, but actual collection only came up to about 305k.

Who did the accounts, hmm?

Furthermore the repainting cost should not be reflected in P&L item as maintenance cost becoz it's on a separate cost that we paid on a project-basis. Agreed?

Of course they are entitled to post, but when one didn't attend the AGM but said we should voice out, then I feel it is just talking wind.

Problem was the statement of accounts was only distributed at the AGM itself. So many ppl did not have much time to scrutinise in detail before preparing their questions. I'm no accountant but had questions on the figures given too. Luckily got accountant friends.

Woow, This Apartment is really a big hit from the surrounding developments! the last time i check (1 yrs +), the most expensive is only RM300k , and now is whoops into RM400k range . By the way how old is the buildings ?

dai dee kor, you can get bank value for this condo recently? or you top up the difference? if can get bank value can i know which bank which branch? I can't get anything close to the negotiated price at all sweat.gif

Aiyoyo...dozen...i not like u big player, I jz want buy one more unit here for investment, since b.oug internal upgrade in progress, I am sure will bring impact on price after all completed. But why since this month all big unit advertising > 400k, really xxx. smile.gif

For rainz still waiting offer from exism, hopefully not surprise me. But can foresee that what they offer petalz @ ork, I dun expert too much.

I heard that hh going to launch their sovo on September, the price tag will higher than twin arkz, r u going buy one for investment. smile.gif

Yes, never close to bank valuation, the different around 15%. Buy here sure must topup, no choice because here all the owner are greedy smile.gif, majority already finish their loan, they just wait since so many good news come to this area. I hv meet up wt few owner here, u can't imagine that out of 7, 5 ppl hv more than 2 units here. Some buy wt cash 👍. Of course they all buy at low price, the rental more than enough to cover their loan.

Do you know that in 2006, the studio unit only sell at 60k, the 1222 unit at 100k and big unit around 130k. All sell below 100psf. Look at now, almost reach 300psf.👍

I am sure that demand >supply in b.oug, now the buyer and seller playing waiting game, because the buyer feel expensive wait for price drop and the seller feel they sell the unit very cheap if compare development surround price, they want sell higher . If one or two buyer cannot tahan, go to buy wt high price, then will drive b. oug price to another high level.
