Those block like Block 5 face LRT but higher floor like 12 above will the affect by noisy pollution as well?

Low floor versus high floor facing lrt, which would have less noise pollution??

According to WHO studies, the noise pollution is 75dB for areas within a 12-metre distance from an LRT track. The concealed track will only minimise 3 to 5dB of the noise
So more higher floor would have less noise pollution.

My unit tiles have no problem. But i changed all to 2 by 2 size. If cant get those good condition unit, consider hack it all, not so expensive actually.
By the way, i just got to know OUG Condo most wall is build by konkrit instead of brick.

After painting, hope management can focus on lift issue. I experienced at other condo, management there purchase a new lift like cost around 100K++. But need step by step only then can feel more safe to own a property here.

Currently water piping quite HARD to fix and not visible to those new visitor. New comer who like to purchase mostly scare away by the lift which seems so dangerous. My priority will go to Lift Upgrade first tongue.gif Then the rest will be more likely same with u thumbup.gif

few days ago block 5 ground floor seems water leaking and can see water drain in the lift from outside near the piping door.. anyone here know what happen?

Seems many people here are investor, not care about staying problem. cool2.gif As i see current market for OUG max will reach RM500k in few years to come. As bank implement the 35 years and current in-stability political issue, i seeing many condo around klang valley price will not jump so high. Good luck to you guys. thumbup.gif

not sensitive, just that they wan money from the poor who can afford to stay here only but didnt show some respect. From the 2 statement i read as like this. Just like got 10 people sitting on same table, 1 guy selling nasi lemak to the rest and said this nasi lemak felt like shit, cannot eat, only can sell. I thought in this forum people should some respect to each other. just my 2 sen. wink.gif
