I think only asking price, not deal yet.......jz wait another 5-6 months, i think no problem u sell at this price....

ain't easy to find a safe unit, especially when looking for apartments or normal condos.

Now the KK property not cheap.....a normal apartment in town cost >300k and condo >450k.....if facing to sea....lagi mahal.....

Currently there have a development called KK city waterfront totally face the sea, soho unit sell @ +- 700psf...carzy

both lifts in block 10 broke down this morning. time they did something about it

Yeah, DIY...can buy from hardware shop. Just need to wear glove and mask for safety.

You spray chemicals on your wooden furniture, including the kitchen cabinet ?

Is it safe to touch the surfaces after it has dried up ? If you have to eat anything, you just want to make sure you wash your hands thoroughly. Is that right ?

after spray...toxic wont go into air meah?....it takes how long those toxic smell gone?

It's your choice. But for me I wouldn't do this to my house. You guys seem to think that when it is dried, it will be safe.

I would at least do some read up about how poisonous is the chemical. It's so easy to accidentally ingesting some of these chemical if it is sprayed everywhere in the house.
