anyway... have not been to the pool, nor clubhouse for a long time.
now, my usual depot is at nathan corner.

rental rate currently whole unit or 1 room is how much? increase to what level u think is suitable?

vista komanvel is around 1500 to 1800... 1229sq.ft fully/partly furnished
og heights is around... 1300 to 1600... 980sq.ft fully/partly furnished
endah ria is around 1800... 935sq.ft partially furnished
villa oug... 1800 to 2000... 1300sq.ft partially furnished
greenpark condominium... 1300... 1242sq.ft fully furnished
scott garden... 1700 to 2000... 775 sq.ft... coming soon! unfurnished

ours... kira in between! we are nearer to lrt if compare to og height and the other condos. rclxms.gif

current moment. management need to beautify the surrounding more!
more palms so it look more to resort style!
now, look more like flats! tongue.gif

And the termite issue.. I think I saw a ravaged utilities door near the carpark at Block 9. Put termite baiting system all around. Kill the colony once and for all!

my side... 13... elek!
termites will slowly go off since their territory have been demolished after the new condos were built.
most come from the so call... "forest reserved" facing the kesas during those days.
anyway, everywhere pun ada termites, itu semua kira nasib!
wangsa maju/melawati famous for it! after donkey years... gone with the wind!

Yeah, but they will feast on wooden doors, door frames, built in cabinets first b4 they leave...lol

use small brush, dip the "terminte" killer, then sapu every corner of the kitchen cabinets, and wardrobes.
for door panels... use spray pump! the balance, spray the water meter door, exit doors, electirc meter door, fire hydrant door, and rubbish dump area.
once finish... go out window shopping!

i did that every 6 mths years ago. now after 5 years... no more!

Isn't going to make the whole house poisonous ? What if there are kids in the house ? We can't guarantee they won't go and touch here touch there.

Get those termite baiting system boxes. It's cheap and it works. Won't kill the termites instantly but the worker termites will bring the poison back to the queen in the colony and kill the entire colony instead.

My friend used this before for termite problem at her house: http://www.termitesdiy.com/ Don't need to replace once the colony has been eliminated.

when doing the cabinets and wardrobes, i empty it for 2 week!
then wipe with clean water. for this, only need to do once, not every 6 mths.
for indoor door and floor panels, only twice!
for the 6 mths, it target more to outdoor!
only did this when they balik kampong!
myself either go window shopping, or lepak at nathan or balcony!

anyway, do check ur plug sockets too! they oso come thru there!

by the way what's the actual rental rate for say a semi-furnished unit. I check in ibilik but the price range difference is kinda big also. so am not sure what is the real rental rate.

actually tengah korek property market value in malacca and sabah thru websites!
so, came across all this stuff for rented.
didn't know, few are selling above 400k for 1222sq.ft here. rclxm9.gif
