Latest update from my site visit today:
Seems every block have been repainted at least near the mailboxes level. Saw the machinery for repainting Block 12 being put in place just now. I will also be scanning and upload the latest Direct Link to Residents dated April 8, 2013 and the letter of extension for verification period by the Liquidator later. Bro Keith...when we catching up for yumcha! Btw just confirmed tenant for my 791sf. Went with bare unit rental as less headache. |
