May i know OG height condo nice or Bukit OUG condo nice?

which 1 manangement good?

which 1 more near MRT/ LRT?

which 1 rental can be higher?

which 1 facility more good?

but bukit OUG manangement lose OG height a lot...

OG height is the best maintenance in taman OUG>..

but i think OG Height and fortuna court is not bad also....

somemore got greenpark also nice...

bukit OUG is near LRT, but high destiny... very hard to manage...

i think OG height is better because due to low destiny, easy manage. Bukit OUG too many unit there, even current management, i think also difficult to manage the place, because all owner buy for rent only.... sad.gif

so expensive now........ 2 year ago the bukit OUG 1222 sqft only sell 220k. now sell 375k. damn f***er price...

But Bukit OUG now selling price for 791 sqft is around 230k - 250k, i have view a unit Bukit OUG 791 sqft selling price is 230k not nego.

then i going to view OG height 1 unit 746 sqft sell also 230k.

if you are me, are you will choose OG height or Bukit OUG?

give me why you choose it?
