Very difficult to say which I will choose. Have to see the actual units then only got 'feel'. There are many other factors which can influence the 'feel', such as view facing, overall building maintenance/upkeep etc etc. But if what you say based on the rental is valid, then I will choose OG Height. Investment what, what else to consider ?

You sure anot bkt OUG FF unit going for 1k? I got two studios kosong rented for 775sf Rm850 and 791sf Rm900. Dont belif can belanja me curry fish head I show my tenancy

The feel are same same la... just 1 is low floor, 1 is high floor, sure more good feel for high floor... but i compare rental, OG Height is better than Bukit OUG...

My studio unit at Bukit OUG FF also can get 1.2k la... Somemore I saw someone else advertised for 1.3k leh.

I just checked. 791sf 1k is partly furnished. Kosong abt 900. Fully furnished is 1200. Mudah there are one 1300. Did I see wrongly? Some is February ads.

Well 230k is very expensive, I bought mine 160k only last month
