Anybody know the current market price of 775 sq ft? Am thinking to sell it n buy my neighbors house if he sells cheap.

Any tailor here know whether the repainting covers the internal walls of every floor as they look quite dirty...  Btw, I just paid a visit to Bukit OUG and the car park looks good  |

Bukit OUG buddies, I just checked, bank value for 1222sft, is about 310K. Sudah naik 20K from 280k end of last year.

I'm about to repair those pop up tiles in my unit. I checked with the repair shop at CL floor & they quoted me MYR15 per tile & the repair involves estimate of 30 pieces (On the safe side, I actually think it could come up to 40 pieces due to the hacking & etc). I'm thinking to get a second opinion. Anyone here knows a good contractor that does tiling?
