About 1 month after ding dong between my lawyer and seller's lawyer.

mine is the 3rd week. Still no news from both side. still ding dong dong ding....

by the way, did you buy a 775sf unit ? and the purchase cost is ?

Anyone can tell a bit the history of this place? When it build? How many units? Any haunted unit (if got) / problem facing?

Heard auction unit block 11 went for 280k under the hammer! Those days bukit oug not many bidders but today had more than 25 bidders. Gr8 news for OUG vested.

According to my friend who was staying there during that time, the murder was committed in either Block 13 or 13A. Hope that helps.
