my gf has a unit there....the first block enter the guard house....still empty now...waiting for high price.....ie >RM300K....

The final price at auction was 280k + 25k being utility owed thus total is 305k.....broke the 300k barrier again. These units were going for less than 200k 2years ago.......which means all those vested....sure smiling away.

For the maintenance fee, u really need go to check with management office. how much the outstanding balance not pay by previous owner? If no outstanding....no need to pay lol...jz pay monthly Maintenance fee will do.....currently 0.13/psf

But, from October 2012, the management started collect Sinking Fund which 0.05/psf, so mean you need to pay more every month.

Another thing is you need to pay the repainting cost where is RM500.

I think that all, but oso simpan some money for Strata title application.

Saw some forumer said that the Malton will launch the Service apartment 900psf at Jalil city...so 300psf consider sap sap si in this area... tongue.gif

I oso heard Rainz & Seedz will launch at 600psf and above......so 300psf sap sap sui lar........ laugh.gif

I oni know 3 units transaction price .....300k, 325k & 349k...

Hi guys, i'm rather new to Bukit OUG Condominiums. Moved in not too long ago. Love it! thumbup.gif

So far, it seems like a peaceful area (minus the daily construction ding dong!) Many ammenities and highways nearby, making it a great place to settle down.
