hi all,i got one unit there 791sf. shouldi keep it or sell it? is it confirm lrt station will be built within walking distance there? the page is 110 pages long, i cant read all. pls advice. how much is my unit worth? its the last phase just before mbf properties went under danaharta receivership.

i bought at 60k from danaharta about 5-6 years ago. condo looks like cock so din bother about it until i saw this thread.

my unit is only 5 years old. it's a new block then mbf went under receivership. very big n spacious design. marble flooring, big bathroom with bath tub n separate shower area. macam 1200 sf condo but less two small rooms only. 100k only i dun wan to sell la. market rate i consider la

Btw, how do i get to the condo from kelab oug? I forgot how to get to the bridge liao. Want to take drive there tonight to see if really got lrt station under construction there. If got wanna sapu few units n keep

because the side entire stretch on out facing units mati 9 9 cos facing lrt rail line hehe. but inner units and those facing elsewhere no kena lor.

how much is the asking price for a 791 single bedroom unit now? I bought one for rental purpose and later for my retirement but dunno if I want to keep it or not
