I wanna ask u guys, which color u guys prefer for the Bukit OUG Condo complex painting?
I really don't like current color at lobby lift area been painted since begin of the year...
the look like damn old & cheap flat style....

As a designer, I really hopefully management will choose the Grey colour + white colour...
It look more Stylish, Modern & Grand!

I select first picture color....but if hv some design more cantik...

Yes me too ..... I prefer the white and grey too. Dont like the lobby color too .... you are rite .... it looks cheap.

You are so right, the brown + yellow looks so cheap...I oso geleng kepala when I first saw it .

I don't mind either white + grey, or white + pale green...both look ok.

1st is so much nicer. though w a darker shade of grey it'll look more distinct. but how can we get management to paint our condo.

Added on July 5, 2011, 11:52 amSorry, my unit verified already...so, I have no idea about these...Coz Charles told me once ur unit verified, u just ignore the letter regarding the verification process & no need pay any fee to Bessie loo, he told me just need to wait for next step to get the liquidator inform.

is it convenient ? any shoplot within walking distance to eat ? what we have nearby ?

within walking distance? haha not much besides nathan's corner. or the small shops in the condo itself. nearby is 3 projects and a lrt station coming up. not rly a lively area but good enough for some peace.

it might change after the 3 projects completed + lrt...
