Actually I'm OK to hold it atleast until LRT is completed but I'm expecting it to go up to 300k for a 1222sqft unit. Wouldn't expect it to go up as high as you mentioned, but what you say here makes a lot of sense, thanks for sharing.

Two things:

1. When I read back my comments, gosh.. the grammar is horrendous.
2. At 300k for 1222sf, you cannot even get that in Cyberjaya at today's price. What more in 3 years' time? Friend, you need to be more optimistic.

If the economy holds out, and there is no property bubble burst, I am waiting for the price to go 350k, and sell mine.
Frankly, I do not think I will need to wait 3 years.

few new development around bukit oug condo. bukit oug really cham liao...better pray hard new project able to rent for high price, if not who going to rent bukit oug?

With such high price tags of these new developments & of course, the LRT extension, all these are doing more good's than bad's to Bukit OUG Condominium in term of renting market & property appreciation.

Heard that See Hoy Chan launching for Seringin was crazy, units were snapped up in just 2 days.

Anyone who misses the opportunity in buying See Hoy Chan Seringin Residences can PM me ~!
