ACS- i only think about their 2 major projects. Goodyear or Motorola.
when they offered me last time, it was for the Goodyear project. But i didn't accept. Added on April 10, 2009, 6:50 pm QUOTE(OldKidz @ Apr 10 2009, 01:59 PM) To all: SAP Professional and Expert. u pretty much sum up the answer itself already.Hi guys, Am wondering about wats the different between SAP R/3, SAP ERP, SAP Business One and SAP All-In-One etc. Ok, I bet most of person that are interested at SAP, do know bout tat SAP R/3 and SAP ERP is for large enterprise. Then SAP Business is for small "fat" enterprise and SAP All-In-One is for medium enterprise. But wats the diff in aspects of the system, operation etc. I always ask myself, "y not big enterprise using SAP Business One or even SAP All-In-One?". There must be some valid reason instead of jus sharing wat package is for wat size of enterprise, rights? Would like to know bout it and thanks for sharing. large companies = more department, more operations, = more modules, more integration, more customization = R/3 sme = smaller dept, lesser operations = limited modules, lesser integration (sometimes standalone), less customization (off the shelf concept) = B1 *oppss.. my bad. but thats how i see it. QUOTE(GiNgEr^fIsH @ Apr 10 2009, 06:29 PM) in reality, most companies in Malaysia uses SAP because of its name. they dont even use the full functionality of SAP. I believe most SAP consultants would agree with me on this companies are usually very cost conscious and i dont think they pay so MUCH just for its name. normally they would engage consulting firms like Accenture for e.g for a solution.. for sure Accenture wanna untung a LOT of money so they propose to use SAP... then company sure reluctant coz so damn high pay... so Accenture will send in its BEST marketing and sales people in and 'psycho' the top mgmt of the company til they nod. then these sales ppl untung commision in millions of ringgit and accenture earn commision from SAP + consulting fees... then after implement the customer baru realize kena tipu, so didnt use much.. force its staff to use it so that wont waste money lol |

Hi there. I'm currently not in SAP line but I would be interested to learn and work in the SAP field. I have no experience in SAP but I have experience in both software and hardware skills (ie : basic programming skills, intermediate server, backup, storage troubleshooting skills). Is it possible for me to join into SAP without compromosing my current salary?
