While such motivation is not necessary for segment of society, I wud conclude the banks have spent $$$ researching the opposite to be commercially viable & financially profitable. Customers do feel good when with special treatment.
Don’t you know that major big banks in the world would hire a fresh grad in psychology rather than in Finance?
