Not.. debit card only u may Requir rm applied the vi but there still subject to approved n the annual seem hard to waive if not meet the spend Requir .... if your have private account with mbb u may waive all the card annual fee but min for private is usd 1m aum

My experience on Mbb.. maybe first  time can help but not be always.. based plenty of my friend the Mbb is quit straight on that rules.

High tier card normally will have a priority pass o ppl access only.. if u wan free the Ambank priority card giving free annual and unlimited access to ppl

Even Mbb don't have plenty primier branch also.. at normal branch u will just have green lane.. primier lounge can be quit a good experience but came to personal rm service is really depand which rm is serving.... Not point for to much branch if u can enjoy the benefit of your primier status at there.hopefully this can help you

Lol guess someone at the desk had a bad day. But I’m more curious how did she abruptly became randomly rude?
But they were significantly beyond being professional, I suggest you to take the time and email cru@cimb.com.... I had an encounter once that a staff/teller and the security guard was quite rude, just slightly before the bank closes they wanted to close shop early. When I requested for the manager, I was apparently told that “she’s” coming, then I found out that she wasn’t even in the bank.

Wrote in to CRU (customer resolution unit) demanding for the BM to call in just to apologize on behalf of her colleagues. And to my surprise, they actually called and acknowledged lol.

Start from 1 july 2021, it will be charge rm50/month if aum below 200k, if become a premier customer before 30/6/2021, it will be start to charge on 1/1/2022 if below 200k
