How does trade in work? Do you need backup to your PC before passing the old phone?

the last time i buy from apple uk, you instantly get free icloud storage to perform full backup of your phone.

then your phone will reach you first, you can restore from internet on new phone, then as final step, transfer esim from old phone, then hard reset.

apple will send box to pick up, just drop off at mailbox.

here i think pos laju will come, inspect and then take

since last year first time

i plan to buy from apple store and trade in my 16p directly with apple, since i not stay in klang valley, somewhere northern of penisular

let say if i choose trade in, input all my 16p info and purchase 17p this Friday pre-order
after receiving phone, apple will send me courier box to put my trade in phone inside right? and ship back, and then credit the trade in value to my CC?
*do we need to include box and cable? or just the phone only?

I think the 17 will be sell good , because almost have all the feature pro had with less 1 telephoto lens.

If ultra wide selfie camera , should be huawei the first , but taking landscape photo in portrait mode was the first on iphone.

I must say I was sure I was gonna get the Orange but now the Deep Blue is speaking to me… I guess if we’re gonna pre-order than no chance to see the actual phones first before deciding.

And every year they tell us the same thing - biggest/best battery life in an iPhone ever. To be honest, I didn’t really feel the big improvement of the battery life on the 16 Pro Max vs my 15 Pro Max…


But still no black color… Sigh…
