I just called the CelcomDigi CS, just wanting to know the status of my order.
Me: "Hi, I wanted to check the status of my iPhone 17 order, please? Since I am unable to check myself on the status via the website, I am calling you for some clarification."
CS: "Ok, ma'am, I understand. Once your order is confirmed, we will send an email to you, and all phones will be delivered to customers on the 19th of September. Don't worry; we shall send you an email regarding your delivery as soon as we can. Is there anything else you want help with?"
Me: "Nope, thanks, kbaiiii."
As usual, with a template and well-scripted answers from CelcomDigi CS...hahah

The conversation was over in less than 2 minutes...
