Ooh, never noticed this thread before. Honestly, yeah I find some of the threads in Girl's Corner to be pretty pointless and disgusting. Like FFS "Do you shave your pubic hair?" No doubt it was a guy who created that.

Anyway, I find it hard too sometimes to mix around with my girlfriends coz' they're like "omg it's sooo pink!", "omg! he looks so freakin' hot!". Sometimes I do it too just so not to feel left out. We have different interests such as like I listen to a lot of non-mainstream rock music while they listen to Ciara, Snoop Dogg and the likes dry.gif. So yeah, we have a clash of interest.

Lee Junki rocks! I saw a video of him in utube, ppl (read: WOMEN) screaming his name and saying stuff like 'he's so beautiful!', and 'cute!' and all. Apparently his sex appeal is looking feminine.

Doesnt help that he's wearing a looooog earing at the time smile.gif

yeap clash of interests do make it hard to mix around sometimes. Even if we are willing to learn or join in with them, it's going to turn really displeasing after a while.

I mostly listen to bands like Kill Hannah, Motion City Soundtrack, 30 Seconds To Mars, Cute Is What We Aim For and etc. But I do like oldies too, from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. biggrin.gif Only thing I never listen to is rap, hiphop and the likes.

Hmm...I don't know usually I have a lot of things in my mind that I wanna discuss. Hmm...what do you girls think of signing a prenuptial agreement before marriage? A lot of women just give everything to their husbands once they tie the knot. I think no matter how much you're in love with the man, you have to sign a prenuptial agreement with him.

I agree that the thread is getting nowhere, which is, I must say, the beauty of it smile.gif It's supposed to be a sanctuary from the other threads. At least I want it to be.

honestly, people join lyn to chat with others, spill their thoughts..etc. those who's mind only revolves around the sex, lame talk and etc will remain as they are no matter what the topic is. i have seen serious topics and people just joked about it. i on the other hand, seldom login but joined lyn coz im too bored and had needed to chat to someone. no matter what topic i select, i am pretty serious and long in my comment. its a matter of preference i suppose. i personally felt that the team has maintained this site really well (thumbs up btw).

we can all make a difference by putting useful, constructive comment. who knows someone is really reading.

Wow, I guess my vision and goals in life center on getting the most experience that I can, on everything and anything. I dont really care about money, I mean it's good and all, but I cant imagine myself working solely for money. I'd imagine myself working at a NGO branch somewhere.. Now I just do random volunteer work with AFS.

My goal is to lead a happy life. Simple.

My goal in life is to enjoy every moment of each day. tongue.gif Yes, not much of a goal, I know, but career advancement and such really is overrated. Quite sad to see people I know making it their main priority in life... whatever floats their boat, though.
