You need to terminate then they only call you for SWU or counter offer. Purely luck also if there's no offer after. Just do the termination.

Any good offer better go to Unifi Center instead online or those 3rd party authorized retailer. Read back old posts if you new.

What to check have you received the Free unifi TV box? I received the same sms on 8 Sep. Till now yet any news.

You shall msg "Maya" from unifi to get the status. Initially Maya said I got free 6'5 inch TV deliver to me. I was like "what are you talking about" then Maya only wake up and checked the system. After apologize, Maya said my unifi TV box is on the way with Line Clear Tracking number. Pengsan to chat with Maya ini.

Yes Maya gave me but Line Clear system stated no record found. Use tracking.my to double confirm that it's LC tracking number. Someone replied in another topic that he just received today. So it may on the way to us all.
