You need to terminate then they only call you for SWU or counter offer. Purely luck also if there's no offer after. Just do the termination.

Any good offer better go to Unifi Center instead online or those 3rd party authorized retailer. Read back old posts if you new.

You can't just download a picture and show them the deal on spot? Very easy right since TM point already told you those very simple methods to get.

What to check have you received the Free unifi TV box? I received the same sms on 8 Sep. Till now yet any news.

When you received? The sms stated LINE CLEAR will deliver and WhatsApp the details. However none of info given further after the sms.

You shall msg "Maya" from unifi to get the status. Initially Maya said I got free 6'5 inch TV deliver to me. I was like "what are you talking about" then Maya only wake up and checked the system. After apologize, Maya said my unifi TV box is on the way with Line Clear Tracking number. Pengsan to chat with Maya ini. biggrin.gif Therefore no complain no delivery. bangwall.gif

Yes Maya gave me but Line Clear system stated no record found. Use tracking.my to double confirm that it's LC tracking number. Someone replied in another topic that he just received today. So it may on the way to us all.

Have you called Maxis customer service to ask? You are their customer, they may guide you what you shall do.

Good to know you received. Am stil waiting. No update from LineClear at all biggrin.gif For me, end up I may not use it too. Just want to extract app like cmgo out of the box to my Nvidia Shield TV to work instead stream from mobile. tongue.gif
