QUOTE(QuantumEdge @ Dec 1 2025, 04:54 PM) Guys, wanna ask ya I've gone through this before hence sharing my experience. If I relocated back to Kampung with no Unifi fibre or Unifi Air coverage while under contract Do I need to pay penalty? I was on Unifi fibre and had to relocate back to kampung. TM checked first if the area had fibre or copper service. If got either one, need to subscribe even if it's copper (Streamyx) and continue the service till contract ends. However, in my case, the copper pole to my house (kampung) was too far. The house was at least 500 meters away from the nearest copper pole. It wasn't possible to connect as it was too far hence TM terminated my fibre and waived the penalty. IINM, this clause is in the contract agreement. Unifi Air is wireless service. I doubt they would force users to go for Unifi Air if the area has coverage but I could be wrong. But in your case you mentioned no Unifi Air coverage too hence should be able to terminate without paying the penalty. |
