I already checked with FB agent, if apply thru them, they will charge 100 or 150 as processing fee if you withdraw jump from Unifi to Maxis.

From what I ready few posts within this week from other folks in here, once submit the "Request for Service Termination", will get call and get some offer SWU, example 500mbps RM90...etc.
So the submit request for termination meaning we need apply thru other ISP, example Maxis, then they will help us, right? But now agent said will kena processing fee which no refund blush.gif

I login into Unifi portal, found there's the button "Request Service Termination" is this button?
What if I click this button? Will I get call from Unifi and get offer ah?

I was contact the Astro agent which it directly open with whatsapp web, then I ask the package, 500m@RM90 only for existing Astro customer which I don't have, so I cannot apply for it (sad).

oh ya, actually today I walk-in and ask the Unifi SWU, on the spot they check my Unifi account (100mbps @ RM89) and offer me:
1) 100mbps RM79
2) 300mbps RM119
3) 500mbps RM139
T&C:
1) 6 month bill waiver
2) 24 month contract
3) price remain same after 24 month
4) Force to take simcard, postpaid package, need to pay RM39 when apply, following month need to pay RM42 each month. Can cancel after 3 month.

Honestly, 100mbps RM79 can consider if wanna keep bill lower, but why force to take the postpaid simcard doh.gif

I try to apply Astro thru webpage, the only package for new user (I'm not Astro existing user) is RM139.99 which come with TV bundle package for 500mbps.
I fill in all into with area coverage passed, it ask to do payment before can submit, below is the screenshot dry.gif

That RM49.99 is to pay for the TV subscription, so I try to look for a package that without TV bundle, but not available, because new application all only come with TV bundle package.
Sound like, before you want enjoy Astro Fibre, you need to have Astro TV first dry.gif

There is no any payment needed as per our phone call just now. Later will try submit and see how's the progress will go.
