Cancel within contract mean stay with ur current unifi plan. If u mean accepting unifi counter offer 500Mbps@RM90, it's never mean cancel porting application but renew contract with new plan.
Porting to other ISP is apply to new ISP while ur current unifi is active. Same method like mobile MNP.
oh, my contract already expired. I'm looking to change to Maxis where can get some free months + cash back + free gift (depend which package you chose).
There are a lot of choices from FB and need work with broadband agent.

I already checked with FB agent, if apply thru them, they will charge 100 or 150 as processing fee if you withdraw jump from Unifi to Maxis.
From what I ready few posts within this week from other folks in here, once submit the "Request for Service Termination", will get call and get some offer SWU, example 500mbps RM90...etc.
So the submit request for termination meaning we need apply thru other ISP, example Maxis, then they will help us, right? But now agent said will kena
processing fee which no refund
I login into Unifi portal, found there's the button "Request Service Termination" is this button?
What if I click this button? Will I get call from Unifi and get offer ah?

When we did ours in April, the day we got the transfer ID from Astro in the afternoon, that evening itself my sister got a call from TM. That marks the birth of SWU 5.0.

But yes, I also feel with the transfer ID should be quicker as it shows them that you are
really moving out.
Sorry, some new wording to me, quick check:
"Transfer ID" meaning we want to migrate from ISP A to ISP B after submitted application with ISP B, right?
