Bought this case and sp from taobao. Apparently the sp is anti reflective. Anyone using these?

Received the case and sp today

Here's a comparison showing the AR before and after applying the sp. Not an accurate depiction because of difference in exposure.... but hopefully you get the idea. The screen brightness is the same for both. To my eyes, it seems the sp did a pretty good job

And here's the case. Comes with full cover surrounding the cameras. Also includes lens protector for each of the cut outs but I peel them away since it might affect image quality. The volume and power button covers have this weird loose feeling but otherwise works well. Haven't tested the Magsafe yet.

Overall good value for both. RM47 (case), RM41 (sp)

samsung wallet is an intermediary between your card and the payment.
as long as you enable overseas transaction on your card, there should be no issue.

IT depend on your bank . If your bank card allow oversea card transactions than yes all it does is send your virtual bank card for their terminal to verify your bank or credit card

For China most outlets outside of malls don't have card readers so you'll have to use ewallet anyway.

For China likely no except for big malls that accept visa/master. They use mostly wechat pay and Alipay.

You cannot top up Alipay without a Chinese ID or phone number

Need someone from China to top up for you

Or just link your credit card to Alipay, but there's a 3% charge for spending above 200 RMB

Each got pros and cons. Some people prefer credit card since can earn points or cashback for foreign spent. TnG now got 1% for credit card top up

Off topic edi anyway

Anyone noticed when power saving is enabled by adaptive power saving, and your screen was set to 60hz, after charging back the phone to full power saving was disabled but the screen remained at 60hz instead of adaptive?

Thanks for replying me about the Samsung Wallet oversea on China/Singapore

I asked Samsung Support, they give me a hard NO

I doubt it that's why I ask here.
Hopefully, I am okay when I am in China. Just don't want to waste points ahha

Of course, I will prepare some cash and bind cards to my AliPay as the primary payment method over there.

There isn't such an option baked in to allow this setting.

You can try installing Galaxy Max Hz and see if it works for you. There's a way to do it with this app but it is a paid application. Trial lasts 3 days or something.

Previously use Samsung film from day 1 since collected the device. After 2 months, the film got many scratches and some hole. Still got 1 more film but decided to try TP from Smartdevil. So far the AR seem no different but FP feel a bit slow when scanning and 9/10 successful. Already delete and re-register the FP after install Smartdevil TP
