I contacted Samsung to cancel my Edu store pre-order. I paid RM3,000 for 256GB S25, but on Shopee and Lazada you can get the 512GB model for around RM2,700 - RM2,900. That's some bloody daylight robbery!

But they say can't cancel, even though this is just a pre-order and the item hasn't been shipped.

I am going to:

1. Issue chargeback via credit card
2. Report via KPDN
3. Consider taking them to consumer tribunal

I found a seller with good discount on Shopee S25U 5099. Almost jumped the gun but decided to go to the outlet to touch the phone first. I really didn't like the feel in hands and the phone appears to be quite thick. S24 ultra feels better in my opinion. So didn't proceed. Just sharing my experience.
