Hi, does anyone know where I can buy the Samsung Care+ Ala Carte option?
I've asked at 2 SES and 1 service center, but haven't had any luck.

SES informed me that they only offer the standard package, priced at RM441.72 for 2 years, and the service center mentioned that they do not sell at all.

What I'm looking for is the Ala Carte option, which is more affordable, as shown in a Samsung Members post I came across.

I forced to buy with price rm442 few weeks ago. Because SES reluctant to sell me ala carte this price. Then I sent email to samsung care+ about this. They called me and expressed they are shocked because they said ala carte option really available for customer to purchase.

End up I asked them call SES by themselves then they will know what is happened there.

I donno whose fault. SES or Care+ ... But we customer always victim to their problem.

The regular one I think they'll pick it up from your home/office. The Ala Carte needs to send to SC like normal. Smol difference only lah. RM80 less than 1s.

last time I submit my s23 ultra warranty also send myself, didn't ask them come to pick it up

Google Play Store Update finally received March security

CompAsia used to be good lah. They had great deals a few years ago. Nowadays due to their bad management and decision making (some idiot up there thinking opening physical outlets was a good idea, smhmhmhm my head) their costs are spiralling so their prices aren't competitive at all. Their sales aren't really sales either. Like right now, they marked up the iPhone 13 from 1.4k to 1.7k and then gave a RM300 discount code.
