I have been read this Complain Thread few day ago, this is the part i cannot accept, how come Ajul can selling Refurbished paralle to Buyer as Brand New??

Here is my some opinion:

Ok, if In that time Ajul really dun know the notebook he selling is Refurbished set, this reason still can accept. But the problem seems like after he already know that notebook is Refurbished set, but he still not Call Back Buyer & Auto Refund back full payment to buyer?? Here is the another part i also cannot accept.

For me if i already done something wrong to customer, i will post the apologize msg to customer directly in my main thread & PM him too, let all the lyn member know i have been doing the mistake, hope he can forgive me. I believe that if i really in sincerely apologize, the customer will forgive me. & I will not try to explain a lot of thing, cause i already done the mistake, this things is won`t change.

I'm Say Sorry to uglytwinkle if make him dissapointed...already many2 time say sorry, in phone, ym, now in this LYN thread..he never ask for full refund, just ask exchange for model with webcam, n by that time dont have similar spec with webcam, then i decide to pay him rm50 as refund to cover my fault.. if he refuse to take my rm50 refund for that webcam, just ask for full refundn sure i will gave to him n he can buy new retail malaysia model at rm5999..then what else u want?

i had asked you during the moment i realized that the model does not come with internal webcam. I asked for exchange or refund. You said " Mana boleh macam ini..aku dah try contact ko banyak kali."


and the same time mr. zul qais yer...i just realized the model is refurbished model on Jan 26 2008....2 months after you sold the lappie to me..the problem is..

WHY DURING THE ISSUE RAISED YOU DID NOT INFORM THAT I CAN GET REFUND @ RETURN BEFORE 7 months AFTER BOUGHT?

bro , i advice u proceed wif Consumer Tribunal ... any case happened within 3 years can bring there ... i can advice u on Contract Act 1957 if u need ... any misrepresentation and fraud can breach the contract between u two and ask for compensation

learn to protect ur right and do it for the favour of the community.... let ppl know their right too

I was talking based on fact of that particular chat log I had seen, And even I am looking forward to be ajul's loyal customer, It's definitely not related to this topic. and why do you have to see on that point? iam here not to make the situation worst and I always stay away from Trade Zone Dispute in order to prevent any flam or whatsoever. your statement/question shows something that people might think I am on the ajul's side which is I aint on both sides. If u r kind enough, pls keep ur thought away that I am making the situation become worst. thanks.
