wow, manage to get ibook from him, but lucky i found this thread..wonder a seller like him, how to survive in lyn.haha

eh? so you just bought the macbook from him? so ok ar wat u received?

to ajul: some of us bukannye niat di hati nak deliberately down-kan ajul.. just that, kalau boleh, improve-kan lah seller-to-customer relationship tu.. first step is always a good etiquette of communication.. jgn le ckp 'get from other seller'.. mcm mana nak improve camtu.. rasa² ajul kalau semua buyer baca thread ni diorg jadi tak beli the stuff from u? kalau advise ni tak cukup untuk menyedarkan muhasabah diri ajul, tak tau lah camne lagi..
ok, just my 2 cents..

sorry to admin/mod if this post is in any way not compliance with the constructive post requirement..

bro, u look at the conversations once again, there is nothing wrong with ajul though, he just asked wat model the buyer wants... and he supposedly has to ask it first before he goes through everything. and milqy suddenly said like that... that's not polite.

customer is always right : everyone in the service industry has seen customers who have been wrong, sometimes blatantly wrong.. but it really isn't whether the customer is right or wrong that is important.. it is the attitude and trust towards the customer that is important.. even though there are customers who take advantage of the system, they are a minority.. the overwhelming majority are honest and expect to be treated with respect.. the public knows which companies are trusting and which are not.. trust transforms the public into loyal customers.. aren't u lookin forward to have loyal customers ajul? blink.gif

easy selling etiquette.. layan customer as best as possible.. cater to their questions first and then fill them in with more info than what they asked, and then ask a question.. hahah it's so simple it's a no brainer.. i don't see why still people wanna argue with this selling system doh.gif
