I bought a laptop from ajul on Oct 5,2007.

1) Specifications is not same as thread

I asked for exchange before I went to New York. He said he cant do so coz I already received item and didnt tell him any lack of specification.How can I check?The COD was made at Burger King and I didnt meet him but I deal with his friend.

He already paid me RM50 for WEBCAM. I post this thread just to remind all LYF members, to be careful dealing with him.
He lacks of responsibilities, his accent when talking is like BULLSHIT, and he just want to get profit without thinking customers loyalty and satisfaction are the most important factors of success in business.

How come when I asked to extend the warranty, he never mentioned the warranty is covered by other company?

u know what you have did to me.What I wrote is the true story of the way you are selling the laptop.
The problems are came from yourself.
I asked for exchange the laptop after I checked the model is not same even though I did not do that during COD.
You said you tried to call me to inform about this issue but failed.
The question is why your friend did not inform me also?


The problem is arrives because of your human being problems.You answered my calls and your accent was very vulgar and offensive,
The way you are running the business is some how cheating customers.
Warranty issues,information issues and transaction issues.

Macam inilah,
to moderator, close this thread.
What can i said, people like this, shouldnt sell by using this method. lack of informations about products.

i had asked you during the moment i realized that the model does not come with internal webcam. I asked for exchange or refund. You said " Mana boleh macam ini..aku dah try contact ko banyak kali."


and the same time mr. zul qais yer...i just realized the model is refurbished model on Jan 26 2008....2 months after you sold the lappie to me..the problem is..

WHY DURING THE ISSUE RAISED YOU DID NOT INFORM THAT I CAN GET REFUND @ RETURN BEFORE 7 months AFTER BOUGHT?



Now...its proven already....u always hide what customer deserves to know beb!!!!!

I had been undercut here and there when I bought a RM4000++ lappy.

Ajul mistake was he's nor providing me sufficient information.

Should I ask him all the questions which he never stated in his SO-CALLED "MILLIONS" Worth thread?

You better ask all question! But does it make sense to ask something we do not know about?Unless we know what we did not know, then it is reasonable to think of.

Yes it is 2 years old case. But you should remember I called you after 3 days I got the laptop to get clarification about wrong laptop model that you gave me.

And in my previous post, I already stated " I can't see at all your number in my call log"

To ALL honorable moderators,admins and forummers.

The reason I keep this thread to make sure you ask every single thing from Ajul if you intend to purchase from him.
Take screen shots of his advertisement to proof you are right.
Make sure you not COD with him/his friend during night
Make sure you do not delete your CALLS LOG 30 DAYS after you CODed because he will said he tried to call you eventhough you can proof he is not do so by checking call log and voice mail.


As I said, the case is halfly settled because he ONLY paid me RM** for the exchange INTERNAL webcam and EXTERNAL webcam. When I asked more, he said normal webcam only cost below RM100.

But, he never REFUND ME in terms of MODEL NUMBER and WARANTY.
He NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME BEFORE I DEPOSITED MONEY.


I NEVER BEGGED HIM TO GET THE LAPTOP since IT WAS A READY STOCK.
