i already say sorry to him n refund some amount to cover my fault n both party already agree with that term..for warranty term, this unit still cover 1 year warranty..nevermnd its sell on october or jun..i already mention this part in phone with buyer..but he still agrue..if anything happen he can go through me, or direct with Keypoint service center..no problem, just mention he buy from me..
my fren buying this unit n bring to service center without receipt..they replace fault part on the spot without asking much..if u bring to hp service center normally take 1-2month for they replace part for u..
dont worry with who will service u..bcoz for ur information, mostly laptop in malaysia take from oversea n normally warranty handle by authorized dealer like SiS for Dopod, Zitron for Nokia and other AP company, Teledynamic for TOSHIBA, ******** for DELL and so on..
for this HP model not cover by HP malaysia but cover by Keypoint, n locate at all state within malaysia..
buyer can refuse if he dont want this item when COD..n this term already mention when he take this item thats why he know wat company handling service for this item..if i dont want assist him n just take profit..i can just ignore him n dont pickup his call, dont reply all his sms n reply to this thread..
lastly, i already explain in my selling thread for all this question b4..buyer can do research b4 buying n dont simply blame seller after buying.

The problems are came from yourself.
I asked for exchange the laptop after I checked the model is not same even though I did not do that during COD.
You said you tried to call me to inform about this issue but failed.
The question is why your friend did not inform me also?
The problem is arrives because of your human being problems.You answered my calls and your accent was very vulgar and offensive,
The way you are running the business is some how cheating customers.
