aku tgk dan lihat saja..:-)
semua soalan buyer ni sudah terjawab dlm thread khas aku utk setiap item yg aku jual.
even its hp pavilion, dell , compaq or acer semua aku asing2kan setiap thread. tujuan aku berbuat begitu kerana setiap product ni aku ambil dr supplier yg berasingan dan semua tanda tanya telah terjawab di thread berkenaan.

for me communication is more important than language..if u do not understand bm, u should learn bm..

for other people that read this thread..u can read from first page..n research urself wat this TS comment, his words..from that u will know how this kind of people dealing with me..his comment full statement with F****** n B******T words..

i already say sorry to him n refund some amount to cover my fault n both party already agree with that term..for warranty term, this unit still cover 1 year warranty..nevermnd its sell on october or jun..i already mention this part in phone with buyer..but he still agrue..if anything happen he can go through me, or direct with Keypoint service center..no problem, just mention he buy from me..
my fren buying this unit n bring to service center without receipt..they replace fault part on the spot without asking much..if u bring to hp service center normally take 1-2month for they replace part for u..

dont worry with who will service u..bcoz for ur information, mostly laptop in malaysia take from oversea n normally warranty handle by authorized dealer like SiS for Dopod, Zitron for Nokia and other AP company, Teledynamic for TOSHIBA, ******** for DELL and so on..
for this HP model not cover by HP malaysia but cover by Keypoint, n locate at all state within malaysia..
buyer can refuse if he dont want this item when COD..n this term already mention when he take this item thats why he know wat company handling service for this item..if i dont want assist him n just take profit..i can just ignore him n dont pickup his call, dont reply all his sms n reply to this thread..

lastly, i already explain in my selling thread for all this question b4..buyer can do research b4 buying n dont simply blame seller after buying. notworthy.gif

u know what you have did to me.What I wrote is the true story of the way you are selling the laptop.
The problems are came from yourself.
I asked for exchange the laptop after I checked the model is not same even though I did not do that during COD.
You said you tried to call me to inform about this issue but failed.
The question is why your friend did not inform me also?


The problem is arrives because of your human being problems.You answered my calls and your accent was very vulgar and offensive,
The way you are running the business is some how cheating customers.
Warranty issues,information issues and transaction issues.

What can i said, people like this, shouldnt sell by using this method. lack of informations about products.

actually i used to deal with him in buying a laptop, toshiba..if im not mistaken around may or april..already bank in some deposit coz really wanted to buy..but, when chatted with him, seriously he couldnt control his temper and sounds very2 offending..(i dont dare to say RUDE, but almost there).. he may sells good thing (definitely good thing), n he admitted his fault by not giving full description of items he sell, but COMMUNICATION and RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMER , totally OUT ..even if customer dont know a single thing, u cant say , 'LA, TANYA TADI MCM BYK TAU, TAPI KITE PLAK KENE CITE DGN DIE'.. i canceled the deal coz my father found a same model from teledynamics, with almost same price, and i told him bout dat (seriously i felt guilty for being almost FFk buyer, but what to do, FATHER decision) but he replied , 'KO NI BUANG MASA AKU BETOL LAH..BYK LAGI ORG NAK LA KALAU KO TAK NAK'...wow!! can u guys smell it??!! i dont dare to chat anymore coz afraid of loosing my deposit, i asked for the refund, he refund back (yet still responsible).. i know i might wasted ur time, but wouldnt it be nicer if u replied 'TAKPELA, TAK ADA REZEKI, MUNGKIN NEXT TIME KO BOLEH BELI DGN AKU'...dude, definitely NEXT TIME I BUY LAPTOP from u!! aku pun nak tolong gak anak melayu..


tapi apa2 pun, aku arap ni pengajaran..he is responsible..u r GOOD dude..barang pun bagus..cuma kalau communication kasi canteqqqq sket...kompem mmg LONG TERM..msti ko nak run business ni long term kan..

i already in this forum from old version until this version, n almost senior seller in trade zone..already deal with more than 200++ people here, n more than 100++ in lelong..if i want list down fussy buyer also a lot..not enough in 1 single topic..

mybe 4-5people got problem dealing with me, but got more than 200++ people dealing with me without any problem..u guys can do a calculation thinking..how good i'm..or how good buyer dealing with me..

u can check my successfull tradelist that i not update since march 2007, already deal more than 200 000++ worth item, send to sarawak/sabah without any complaint n fast delivery and respons..

this thread is want to complaint..mybe i will suggest mod to open another section, "want to support"? and all the topic inside there is a good thing..i can show u my good rating over than bad rating...almost 100 good feedback than a single bad feedback.. notworthy.gif
that is normal(bad feedback) in business..

use ur brain to respect other.. human is not perfect..smile.gif
