My Answer

1. yes, my fault n buyer sudah setuju untuk menerima rm50 sebagai ganti rugi webcam. saya sudah call beberapa kali untuk memberitahu buyer ttg kekurangan spec ini, tepapi phone xangkat. bole check dgn mobile service provider kalau x percaya. sy call guna phone no lain.

2. i put general model 6563 or dv6000. dv6563 cl still under 6563 product or dv6000 product.that is normal like we put v3000 for all v3000 series like v3614,v3515 n so on..the only different is specification.

3. All new product from HP dont comes with warranty card. HP will check serial no for any warranty issued. other than that customer can issued with receipt (date of purchase)..jika tarikh jualan agak lama dgn masa dikeluarkan( date of manufacture)..ini perkara biasa kerana when manufacture launch a product..normally take 2-3month for clear stock...kadang2 ada reseller yang simpan stok selama setahun dan lebih..so customer bole tunjuk resit pembelian untuk apa2 urusan warranty dgn pusat servis..tidak kiralah ianya di cover oleh manufacture sendiri..atau local distributor..
samalah seperti toshiba..terdapat toshiba service center, terdapat juga teledynamic service center..
Nokia service center, zitron or avaxx service center..
for this model, cover by keypoint service center.

dont worry with who will service u..bcoz for ur information, mostly laptop in malaysia take from oversea n normally warranty handle by authorized dealer like SiS for Dopod, Zitron for Nokia and other AP company, Teledynamic for TOSHIBA, ******** for DELL and so on..
for this HP model not cover by HP malaysia but cover by Keypoint, n locate at all state within malaysia..
buyer can refuse if he dont want this item when COD..n this term already mention when he take this item thats why he know wat company handling service for this item..if i dont want assist him n just take profit..i can just ignore him n dont pickup his call, dont reply all his sms n reply to this thread..

lastly, i already explain in my selling thread for all this question b4..buyer can do research b4 buying n dont simply blame seller after buying. notworthy.gif

i already in this forum from old version until this version, n almost senior seller in trade zone..already deal with more than 200++ people here, n more than 100++ in lelong..if i want list down fussy buyer also a lot..not enough in 1 single topic..

mybe 4-5people got problem dealing with me, but got more than 200++ people dealing with me without any problem..u guys can do a calculation thinking..how good i'm..or how good buyer dealing with me..

u can check my successfull tradelist that i not update since march 2007, already deal more than 200 000++ worth item, send to sarawak/sabah without any complaint n fast delivery and respons..

this thread is want to complaint..mybe i will suggest mod to open another section, "want to support"? and all the topic inside there is a good thing..i can show u my good rating over than bad rating...almost 100 good feedback than a single bad feedback.. notworthy.gif
that is normal(bad feedback) in business..

and 1 thing he never mention from this thread is mybe that item sold to another buyer..after take profit n another buyer complaining about his service..then he put ALL THE BLAME TO ME 1 MONTH AFTER DEAL SUCCESSFULL..YES its COD not courier or postage deal..

Question no 1. Webcam specification

Answer : buyer get refund another rm50 (n he agree) to buy external webcam. (if im not reponsible better i not pay him refund rm50)

Question no 2 : Warranty

Answer : Yes warranty still there 1 year warranty from date of purchase n he can claim at any Keypoint Sdn Bhd service center in Malaysia(not cover by HP Service Center.(already mention when deal, if not buyer also dont know where to call n take their warranty card), i give him Keypoint service center address, Phone no n direct reference person to contact.

Question no 3 : warranty card delay untill 1 month

Answer : that is a card only..the warranty we just check serial no and fill a few form to submit..n NO warranty card for ALL HP product..u can survey in whole market for HP item..n see whether got warranty card or not..

Ok, if In that time Ajul really dun know the notebook he selling is Refurbished set, this reason still can accept. before he buy this item from me..he already ask HP for model n price..then why he still want buy from me even he can get direct from HP? if i want to cheat buyer..why i told him this item not cover by HP malaysia and cover by AP company warranty? n why he still want buy from me after he know all the thing? n why he dont give back my item for full refund within 3days after he know he already buy wrong model? u ask urself..
note : he never ask for full refund..he just ask for change to other model and we already agree if i pay him some refund for him to get a webcam..thats all!

If you see the attachment above, he said his price is much MUCH MUCH MOTHERF**Ker cheaper than model in Malaysia. I asked HP about the model and spec. HP told me the model is sold in malaysia.Not just US.

hello kwn..waktu hang call HP tu nape xtanye warranty..then about refurbish or price..??setahu aku HP sendiri maklumkan kat hang yang laptop tu ada warranty cume warranty dia dah start from jun instict of oktober (time u buy that laptop)..
if my price is same with hp selling price..why not u buy at hp? that model ur buying not same as Hp malaysia model..the price also different too much around rm2k..u compare same model n specification from other seller that same source from mine..i tell u the true story..
its ur time to do research first b4 buy anything rite? but u still pressure me to get the item asap..
n u can ask anything when buy or before buy or after buy n take profit from that? u never ask before buying..u just want that item asap..
u think all seller will tell all thing when buyer not asking?im not robot..but if u ask..then i will answer as i know..thats true..n u can ask all my other buyer that buy from me..dont ask people that dont buy anything from me..(bcoz some of them just to provoke and mybe my competitor to make me down)..
only u not happy when dealing with me..got 99.9% other buyer happy dealing with me..for me its normal in business ..but it make me more better now..i already say sorry to u many2 times..then its up to u..
conclusion of the story..make it clear first b4 buying..not after buying.
n pls..pls..i never force u to buy anything from me...after u make its clear b4 buying..its up to u want buy or not..

if i got bad attitude..u all will never see my sale will expand n my other buyer will come back again..u all just see my track record of dealing online will expand and expand..
just check frequently..at lowyat.net or lelong.com..almost of them also not included in that list..too many n too bizi..
im still here to give more choice to buyer..n to help some of u to get cheap item compare to other..

note : buyer also can check my word when reply ..n compare with this kind buyer word..sometime when u reply with "temper" word..u must check the root of statement.. for me its normal for human..thats all

no need reply. bcoz almost here never meet or deal with me. i only answer with buyer only.others only just to find fault n provoke others. if u think u too good as human u can open ur sale thread and replace my sale. talk is cheap..like ur mouth never stop to find others people fault. im still here do my jobs.. icon_rolleyes.gif

almost forumer just know to condem than find a solution..talk too much but nothing..

dan aku cabar semua yang duk kutuk aku lebih2 kt sini..buatlah bisnes..terutama jual/beli laptop dan ganti tempat aku di sini..face the reality of life..terutama org melayu..bab kutuk org mmg hebat..
