To me, it's acceptable that seller replies buyer's question with another question. But the seller has to clarify the reason why he ask that question...

easy selling etiquette.. layan customer as best as possible.. cater to their questions first and then fill them in with more info than what they asked, and then ask a question.. hahah it's so simple it's a no brainer.. i don't see why still people wanna argue with this selling system

The attitude of the seller will reflect how the customer react... If your attitude is good, big problem can be solve easily... If its bad, small problem can be worse as hell...

After reading 6 pages i think ajul is at fault because of his attitude... if he say something like that to me face to face i will just walk away. The part where u guys make fun of him in MSN/ yahoo messenger i think is not appropriate as Ajul maybe bz at that moment. However, selling refurbished laptops claiming it is new is illegal and the mod should close down his threads regarding this issue. If he change "new" to 2nd hand or old stock maybe it is still acceptable.

there will not be any warranty for parallel import notebooks.
Principal for the local brand will not provide warranty for US notebooks as part number and warranty will be different. To all the buyer of notebooks, if you need to buy any laptop or gadgets from any individual, please do check whether they have the same model in Malaysia or not. If the model are not selling in MY, MOST LIKELY it wont carry any warranty from the principal. same goes for HP or TOSHIBA, unless the notebooks that are purchased out of country come with International warranty. and I KNOW bout HP and TOSHIBA. most of the time you can find parallel import notebooks in PC Fair and their warranty are only covered by the local reseller. and oh...their price will be like 20% cheaper than the nearest model in MY. so...20% cheaper. duh? |
