Oh ..Clangan...
Yea heard of him before...
His dogs all look good on his websites definitely..i did email him before for more info ..but he told me his puppies were all being sent to east malaysia lol..

But his dogs hae very very long feathering..wonder how he does it ..coz..even on australian sites their dogs dont have such feathering..wonder if its the US/UK Breed variation
*
I think it's partly genetics - the dogs he use to breed usually have rather long coat (and probably generations and generations before his dogs). Plus, the kennel at his place is air conditioned!

i heard she been well trained by the previous owner..
but she dont seem like been trained..

kokifung,

Could be three possibilities:

1. The tone of your voice when giving commands is different from her previous owner, she may be confused. blink.gif
2. Lacking training, no practice to reinforce commands - she might have forgotten the commands already. icon_question.gif
3. You may have spoilt her that she thinks there's no need to listen to you! yawn.gif

I got Sheriff from KL, not Seremban.  blush.gif

My first dog Hunter was bought from Pet shop, after getting him, I had to track down his history by searching online to get an idea of his background. He was a scrawny, average looking puppy when we first got him. I haven't got a clue how to pick a puppy back then so I just picked the active one. When he grew up he looks totally different and I am really surprised by how much (in terms of look and maturity) he've changed.

Sheriff was bought from a breeder and what I liked about it was I get to first meet both his parents and grandpa to get an look at their coat colour, feathering, body structure and temperament. Seeing the his relatives gave me a very good idea on how Sheriff will eventually look like.

Guys I don't have my breeder's direct contact number with me here, but here's his link: www.clangan.com.my. This guy knows his stuff, breeds quality GRs and what I liked best is he cares a lot for his dogs. Sheriff grew up into a strong and handsome dog without any health problems at all, while Hunter grew up having occasional minor problems like allergy, skin problems etc.

PS: Sheriff's grandpa is Shadow, dad is Wind and mom is Aruba. I think his face looks a lot like his dad.

Heard of him and Shadow before

Hopefully we can attract more people to own a GR.
One of the best companion/pet you can possibly get, very people oriented breed. thumbup.gif

You are the first one i heard sayings GR are stupid laugh.gif
They definitely arent stupid or lazy, unless your is of a mix breed origin or he is less than 2 months old.
GRs in general are hardworking, curious, and stick to their master.
Take mine for example i fed him this morning and go get ready to go work, he ate a little and keep following me till i pat his head and say good boy, then he went back and finished his food laugh.gif

Yea that's roughly the price Shadow's offspring are going for. The first time I saw Shadow, I felt that his head is HUGE. shocking.gif

Your GR so cute!!!!!! They are just the sweetest dog one can have. Can't stop loving them! wub.gif

Thanks notworthy.gif

Yeah Shadow's head is quite HUGE in size, but does that conform to the standards?
I believe Shadow is around 7-8 years of age already ?

Its normal for GR to chew
My puppy chews one everything he could find laugh.gif
You'l have to start training him and showing him what is OK to chew on and what is NOT

Yeah 2 months is a bit young for training, but you can start informal training at home like wat to chew on what not, mebbe some basic sit and etc
