Wear and tear after warranty i understood. What i meant is for green line issue. Samsung decline main screen replacement for the foldable if out of warranty. While candy bar phones such as Note20 Ultra and above they accepted for one time free replacement even if out of warranty.

My Flip3 have many line with multiple colours now. No free one time replacement for foldable that out of warranty.

For my case , because it detect my phone have a chip at the frame , he say might be cant claim but he promise will help me fight for the claim , should be 80% successful claim, the chip actually happen after the greenline due to drop by my kid , so i have to pay rm80 advance for it , in case if claim unsuccessful, either proceed to change new screen by add on rm400++ , or take back the phone with no refund rm80

Kira that rm80 for him to tear ur phone , taking picture , make sure no water damage and send report to samsung HQ

You're lucky they don't take money from you. My place service center if no more warranty they demand RM 70 just for checking fees.

Ya. Agreed that's what I remember when dealing with Samsung service center, they will demand RM 70 from me if Fon no more warranty, only time it's free if Fon still have warranty

How many days they took your Fon for repair before giving back to you ? Do you need to unlock the Fon before giving to them ?

WIth limited free replacement on the ultra, just wonder if any of S24U or S25U in good condition to see the last major Android update.
Currently it seems Ultra gets 7 years of Android OS update.

Useless update which made the screen overheat and cause green line. UI7 Konfirm overheat issue again.

Dayum, 😱 😳 that means during the 7 days, they will thoroughly check the Fon from A to Z for any wrongs or defects. Looks like my imported Korea set can't be sent in to claim like this cos they will surely know mine is not SME set. Plus Samsung never had any international warranty for their Fons. I think I will just bring my "injured" S22U for trade in & let the shop decide the value. Been aiming that Realme GT7 cos of the titan 7000mah 120W battery 🔋

yes, make sure yours is

1. SME set
2. Never repaired before
3. Never claim free lcd before
4. Screen not cracked

Before u want to send for inspection , they already check ur IMEI and make sure its SME set only proceed the process ,if ur set is korea , for sure they dont accept
