Just now seems like my CMB dating app and Rize both can't login... AEON Bank a bit slower at the login page. Now all ok.

Just gave them a call.

Told me they don't accept deposit from GXBank or any digital bank or apps, only from traditional bank. So I deposited another RM20, this time from my Maybank account.

Now they ask me to wait 3-5 working days for the account approval to go through. Really Rize? Already wait long now want me to wait some more?

Should have told me from the start inside the app not to deposit with digital bank. Could have saved me all this trouble.

At least the CS agents are friendly and helpful.

We had some discussion a couple of months ago about Rize not showing the Inward RENTAS transactions either in the app or in the monthly statement, although the account balance is updated to include the inward funds.

Today I did another RENTAS from Bank Islam to RIZE.

Happy to inform that this time, the inward fund transaction is recorded in the app. No doubt it will also be recorded in the upcoming monthly statement.

There must be RIZE staff in this forum . Anyway, thanks for taking note and making the necessary system amendments.

However it took 6 hours from the time of transaction to time of credit. Don't know whether the longer transit time is due to BIMB or Rize, as it normally takes 2 hours +/- with other banks.

i complained to the CS during transfer block and call verification
soon after i saw the issue settled already

Rize invalid account when transfer. Anyone facing the same issue? Not reaching daily limit though.

Edit: My bad, need minimum RM10 balance in account.

With GXB rate down to only 2% on 1 October, we can expect Rize to drop their promo rates as well. Even 3.5% would seem optimistic?

sadly.. If all also drop to <3.5%, then i rather put back in KDI Save

why not put now?KDI 3.92228% p.a higher than rize

doing a lot of in-out transactions this month, so dont want to risk it with KDI Save T+1 withdrawal/deposit
