Tried killing the app & re-enter, but still the same.

why you didn't transfer using the common banks like tiger bank, sotong & etc earlier?

I think transferring from a digital bank (GX, AEON, etc) to another might flag suspicious activity on their end?
whereas transfer from common banks much more justified and bring confidence.

anyway, there are still AEON (0.88% + 3% saving pot) and GX 2%.

just my 2 cents.

rize and aeon are convenient for me. still keeping my salary inside before paying the bills after 1st of each month.

hmm didn't see any RM limitation to put inside the saving jars though.
but 3% p.a still better than nothing, apart then Rize's.

hopefully can do POST-EDIT the saving pots name for the very least.
POST-EDIT the total savings amount also would be nice.

finally can edit the tabungs

having problem to login via my iPhone 15.

kept on screen loading like forever.

maybe i will try again tonight or tomorrow morning

solved it already.

had to call CS. she will unpair my iPhone from my account from their side and ask me to delete & reinstall the app again.
she walked me through the process in about ~14 minutes and finally it worked.

~14 minutes because need to wait to get CS in queue, then when re-login & i forgot my password, so need to the selfie verification again.
then need to wait for the 12 hour cooling period before can start doing any transactions.

i think i may recall the same issue not so long ago.
if the same issue happened, just call CS and they walk you through the process like i did.

yes, i'm thinking to stick to AEON bank only after this. so far their app has zero issues, at least for me.

Al rajhi app becoming a nuisance these recent days.
