How the entire process actually works for LG? i received message 4 weeks ago to confirm the delivery address and i have submitted immediately. And waited till today.

SA gave me LG number to call and said will follow up but never response to me automatically. Every time i have to keep asking him for a reply and answer is always 'i will have to ask LG'. Even i called LG also no confirmation can be given. bangwall.gif i called until i almost get fed up.

I dont think is SA problem as SA cannot control the delivery. Is is solely LG problem. i think they mess up the delivery.

Yea sometimes LG system may have prob causing the delay or watever issues

True also it's not the SA's problem and SA cannot control wat LG does

But it's the SA's fault if he/she didn't follow thru ur case and update u consistently

LG doesn't support this cuz this external tap is not part of the machine, hence it cannot be sterilized like those components inside the machine

My usage of the filter is extremely low since I only used it during the weekends (second home). How much volume should I use before I change the filter?

The standard 6 and 12 months is overkilling in my case. I am using approximately 30L per month at most.

I'd say still change it on schedule, or at most maybe every 12 mths

Even when u are not using the filter, those trapped bacterias still grows inside it

U can drag the replacement cycle longer, but when the flow rate starts slowing or there's weird taste or odor in the water, replace immediately

How is your delivery now ?

I received mine on 30 April 2025 to confirm address and immediately i submitted on same day.
But until today still not yet receive any courier tracking or update.
And it's out of their 20~25 time frame.
Whatsapp LG but still no reply from them at all (Beside auto reply)

Based on previous experience (1st time - half year replacement) i received hyperlink on 1st November 2024 and received tracking on 20th November which is fall within their estimated date 20~25 days.

FYI, my first installed date was on 30 May 2024, so right now is 2 filters replacement coming up.

Mine recently installed, quite seemless despite I have postponed the installations for like atleast 5 times, when confirmed they came at the appointed date, I schedule this date <1 week time

Finally they reply me msg on 11:43am (28th May 2025) just now on the tracking

Based on the tracking, they only pack the thing on 26th May 2025 Noon time 12:07pm whereas i called them on 5:15pm somewhere.
Parcel only picked up next day 6pm+

Guys..what happen if your filter is due sooner than 6 months? Its my first time changing so im not sure. My water filter prompt orange light sooner than schedule. Do i have to wait LG to send the filter which is 1 more month or we can request them to send earlier?
