Any user of LG AS60 air purifier. Thinking to get a basic air purifier for my kid room. Is the air purifier good and can its filter last for 12 month? Hope to get some real feedback from some owners here. Tq

Hi. LG still havent sent me 1st replacement water filter. received sms last month and confirmed the address but no news after that. However i have received the air purifier mesh.
How to contact LG for this?

I dont think is SA problem as SA cannot control the delivery. Is is solely LG problem. i think they mess up the delivery.

AGAIN the replacement cartridges are delayed past its promised delivery deadline. monthly rental will be deducted on time BUT replacement parts are ALWAYS delayed. Really loussy after sales service
