LG models are all tankless, so nope, cannot dispense water if no electricity

Hi Dallas, i have a WD518 and the water isnt cold. I was told that it only has 1L cold water but even when i leave the machine overnight, the first dispense - water isnt cold at all. Any ideas why? Machine is new

Hmm sounds like the cooling element is faulty, try contacting ur sales agent and get him/her to arrange for a technician visit

Hi, anyone know where to get the LG Puricare WD516AN filter replacement? I tried to find online but no results. I bought the unit outright with free 2 years filter. But my 2 years period is ending soon but couldnt find any filter replacement myself...

I'm under self service 7yrs , WD516AN , 4th filter delivery . By right Pre Carbon block filter + Ultra Filtration , but i just received Pre Carbon Block only....

I checked my ultra filtration , last changed Oct 2023.its due for change .

Hi there, yup not Rm80/mth promo, but Rm10/mth discount on monthly rental of ALL subscribed products

For example, if take WD518, AS20 and Cord Zero Vacuum, total 3 items u only pay Rm170 (60-10 + 50-10 + 90-10)


The filter changing cycle is every 6 mths, the HEPA filter lasts longer cuz the pre-filter alrd filtered the bigger particles

Since more brands are catching up with 360˚ purification design, strength of LG air purifier now lies in its 1.0 micron sensor (I got a video where Coway AP detecting the air as "clean" hence showing blue color light but LG AP still detecting particles so is showing yellow color light instead)

I personally doesn't own a unit, so let's wait if any owner can share their experience here

Yes, u are right, should be 2 filters instead of just 1, can ask ur agent to report to LG, otherwise can whatsapp me too if u need help
