To be fair, the offer is only announced few days prior to official release by LG.

If your filter is not installed yet, you may cancel and re-order at new price but if its already installed there is nothing much you can do. Even my LGWD516AN is at RM60/month and now its RM50/month offer. So it depends and best to sign up while promo is ongoing.

And LG do offer lump sum rebate for lump sum repayment sometimes too, this could help you save money too.

LG provides free relocation/reinstallation service once a year, convenient for those who rent house and keeps moving too

Hi, is it true that after register for the water purifier for 7 years plan customer need to call up themselves to LG Puricare CS to perform self verification instead of waiting them to callback?

I have been waiting for a week already for their call but nothing happen so I went to follow up with the LG sales guy registered at the shop and he recommended me to call myself to perform self verification with LG staff.
