So much difference? Either electronic sensor or the control valve broke

but for hot water, its actually correct. only ambient water having this issue.

Can it be caused by low water pressure?

Hmm if got prob should affect both hot or ambient.... Best if contact ur agent or LG and describe the problem to them directly, then they can arrange for technician to check for u

Using WD518AN, same issue. 250ml only dispose 200ml sometimes.

Tak sampai 1 year contract sudah valve water leaked. My kitchen was flooded several nights. Fixed it last week by calling hotline.

Tankless water purifier really tak boleh pakai to be honest, the only advantages are small size only.

These days Coway also launching more tankless models.

Sad to hear, seems like unlucky got a lemon unit, hope it's all fixed now

All brands will slowly turn their focus to tankless purifiers as it costs less electricity and also gives u fresher water

Dear Sifu,

I am in dilemma now because previous I took WD512AN with 3 years LG Careship for RM3290 from Senheng.. Currently my LG Careship just ended. When I contact to customer service and ask for the price for extension is RM500/year, RM900/2 years and RM1.3K/3 years. But what I see currently those new model (WD516AN) with rental promo only RM50/month over 7 years but with self servicing I assume. I am wondering why my model service is so expensive and it not worth. Should I get a new model for rental or continue my WD512AN with LG Careship? Any options available? I kinda like this kind of model size which suit my small kitchen.

Yes can, when switching it back on, it'll auto flush the filters before use (to flush off bacteria grown inside filter when the water is stagnant)

WD512 is quite an old model which is still using plastic internal pipes and hence no auto internal sterilisation function (cannot flush internal with hot water cuz using plastic pipe)

That's why WD512 requires annual change of internal pipe and also requires regular visit by our technician to service, instead of newer models which have stainless steel internal pipes and auto internal sterilisation functions, so customer can choose to do self-service (hence cheaper service price)

But true also, u just pay extra Rm100/year but get a new model with newer functions hmm.gif

Size wise it's about the same as 516 and 518, unless u go for WD210 which is much smaller thumbup.gif

Dimension:
512 - W170 / H396 / D520
516 - W170 / H419 / D550
518 - W168 / H398 / D400

Hi ironcrowz
210 vs 518 is just the cold water function difference?

current promo is RM30 for 210 vs RM50 for 518?

210 Rm40, 518 Rm50

Main diff:
1. Smaller size
2. No cold water
3. No moving tap

The rest are mostly aesthetics (mood lighting, buttons position etc.)

518 tap can be install straight or on the side horizontally but is fixed once installed (due to the square shape design), vertically the tap can auto up-down either way u installed it

210 tap is fixed both vertically and horizontally

Yup, 210 comes with all other functions of the 518, auto internal sterilisation, auto tap sterilisation, s/steel internal pipings, customised volume, favourite settings etc.

If don't need the cold water from 518, good enuf to go for 210, unless u like the design or color of 518 biggrin.gif

You have any sample 210 video to share? so far I haven't seen this model in flesh especially the ambient lighting.

Plus can u also share the dimension of both for comparison? I find the info hard to get online.
