I'm under self service 7yrs , WD516AN , 4th filter delivery . By right Pre Carbon block filter + Ultra Filtration , but i just received Pre Carbon Block only....

I checked my ultra filtration , last changed Oct 2023.its due for change .

Alamak , how can they made such a big mistake!

thats why i took 7yrs contract , to make sure i no need to worry about all these and at the same time , after 7yrs, most likely i will get a new unit ...mine currently in the 3rd yr.

cuckoo ? the instalment price alone is much expensive and the machine is bigger. so far my filter arrived on time. somemore i get extra filter ..lol....

slight delay , yes ... but overall still acceptable
