possible, but need powerful engine, like vr4, so that it will provide more force to go sideways, and super power rear brake  sweat.gif
if wanna convert into rwd, need lots of cash, and the result....not worth it i think
coz i've seen some rwd sagas, and all of them tonggek looking, looks not stable, coz they add rwd thingies at the rear, just below the fuel tank...er what it's called? differential?
*
Need Vr4? Hehe.. I had try powerslide with my car before.. But not very nice the outcome. >_< But if catacombs car kasi drive, sure very nice. Hehe.

bro,can u test drive a long road n a consistant speed at 100-110km/h n use ur left foot braking by tapping it.... if there's a vibration means ur disc caliper is out of shape but 80km/h n below jus a very mild n cannot really feel d vibration d. ..

the caliper is made from cast iron...and still can deform? shocking.gif
u mean the thing got cracked izit?

Yes 27k with wing version.. u can always remove the wing and the word even easier job. If u dun 1 the PS version (black & sunshine orange-27k) u can opt for the 25+K version the NPS version(grey color only).

i suggest you dont use the iswara for sliding/drifting
the chassis is not very stiff
very easy to flex...and thus cause fatigue to the system
if use for drift,...i suggest you get money ready to buy a new car in under 5 years moneyflies.gif

engine can be cleaned using spray on degreasers
they come in cans...like spray paint...but usually abit taller
selley's is quite good

i used another one before
orange color can
cant remember the brand tho
that was good too
it was a 3 in 1
can even use to clean aircond!
very effective wan biggrin.gif

when the engine is warm,...just spray on all the oily/greasy/dirty parts
then spray off with water
kautim! thumbup.gif

waaa....no power steering ar....kenot man...(i lazy laugh.gif hahaha)

ooo
ya
i asked my sc to warranty d
but wen the boss saw it he said it has been tampered with before delivery
(i think this is a defective unit...then the ppl at the assembly line exchanged it for the original good unit in my car then went to sell the good unit)
so have to contact sa...coz if send in for warranty management wont approve
so i called sa
sa said that have to talk to kl

now i was pissed
told the sa to kautim with the sc n dont give me any runaround bs
(in a polite way ofcourse innocent.gif)
so then he said ok
just called to check with sc ydy
boss said ordered from kl d

that time when sa said have to call kl his excuse was "spare part all i dont know how proton do...im just a salesman"
i got so pissed wen he said that i straight told him "ok...i'll tell you how proton works....the warranty claim is placed and once it goes through the parts are sent down from the parts center in glenmarie shah alam"
then he said he not sure about that....
then i told him "no...i know you are not sure, even though you work for proton,...so i am telling you now how it works"
then he said ok ok he will call the sc n ask them to warranty it
...idiot dry.gif

btw,my ac tube touches the top of my CAI duct at the flexible joint part...but barely...
so i put a piece of insuflex inbetween to prevent any possible wear caused by rubbing smile.gif

heyz...can pls post up a pic of your air filter box connecting to the duct?
wana see what other lmst's r like
mine is really crappy sad.gif
thanks

yup
both insuflex n superlon are fire retardants
even if you put a flame to it it will not burn...it will just like...char...but then once the flame is removed...it just smokes a little n then stops...thats it! thumbup.gif
no prob
will shoot a photo later n upload wink.gif

caliper cannot deform la... but can get stuck... coz brake dust might build up inside, causing it to jam/stuck... need proper service which involves removing the whole caliper can cleaning it..... the disc can deform lah...

the air filter pan memang flat mah... no meh??... ur oem filter also "kinda" flat.... which part u guys discussing about??...

yeah... saga iswara chassis is not stiff enough... if u slide/drift ur saga iswara often, the chassis might be misallign a little...

explain what??... disc rotor can get warped... this happen when sudden temperature change happens... everyone knows metal expand when hot and contracts when cold... when its hot and u pour cold water to it, the disc might not able to shrink properly... thus, causing uneven surface on the disc.... the uneven surface will cause vibration when u brake....

disc will also crack, but not in normal usage... disc crack might happen when u drill excessive holes in ur disc... hairline cracks might occur at where u drilled it, and this will cause the whole disc to crack.... thats why people alwiz say NO NO to diy cross-drilled rotors... alwiz buy proper manufactured cross-drilled rotors....

tu lar...thats y i confused wen they say 1 2 skim the caliper n all rclxub.gif

mine flat
but wkho said his abit tilting or sumthing
afaik, as long as the wing nut is tightened properly, the filter pan will be flat on the carbie intake

taikor?...ahahaha...wer got... sweat.gif
the big one will be abit hot lor
its the expanded gas coming back from the car cabin
absorbed all the heat d n now coming to dump it at the radiator
so it will be hot...but not sooo hot lar...but i think can burn ur hand a little if u touch it during operation laugh.gif

but the main reason i use insuflex is coz its in the engine bay
when installing things in the engine bay, we must always take into consideration the heat and thus the risk of fire
so we should use materials that minimize the fire hazard
insuflex is not combustible...therefore installing it does not increast the risk of fire icon_rolleyes.gif
