Hi, anyone with the contract that already end receive call from Unifi Marketing?

They offer free phone and sim card? but i can't hear clearly what phone they are provide for free? Cuz thought the free phone i can pass to my son to use.

Term is to sign up contract 24 months haha...

Remember, there’s no such thing as a “free” phone—they’ve already added the cost into the price. First, check how much data your son actually uses every month. If he’s using less than a certain amount, find a plan that fits his needs without overpaying.

I almost got scammed by a similar thing. UNIFI called me, offering to “upgrade” my home plan to 500Mbps (which I already had) with entitled free 6months but said I had to take a postpaid plan for RM69. They claimed I could cancel the postpaid in a month, but later I found out it’s a bundle deal. If you sign up, both the home and postpaid plans are tied to a 24-month contract, and you can’t cancel just the postpaid!

Are u using the black DLink as a router directly or using it as a bridge when you achieve the 1K download speed?

It's actually a tricky promotion. When they tell about free 6 month, did they mention about unifi bill or mobile postpaid bill? It's true you can terminate the line in 1 month because already paid for that month as deposit. As advertised in their website, no contract for postpaid 39/69/99 new registration or just pay pro rate if terminate in 2nd month. As for existing unifi users, you can use the mobile postpaid free for 6 months if MNP to unifi mobile. 24 months contract is for phone + postpaid but it still separate bill with different account number like standalone myunifi & unifi mobile app.

Anyone here still waiting for the free speed upgrade? I'm currently running on 800Mbps and has filed a complain to MCMC June last year. They just reply that the upgrade will be done in stages and MCMC closed the case as resolved. Since then I'm still waiting for my supposed free speed upgrade lol

Was there a form like that? Was it sent by TM to user's email? There was initially an order created in my Unifi profile as well, but no appointment call made then eventually it just lapsed and disappeared altogether.

I not sure email got or not.
My family' Whatsapp received twice on Dec,and i submit the form 2weeks ago.
You might try to livechat and ask for the update status,if no status at all, just ask for report number.
And use that report number to pursue for the update.

Mine was on 500mbps package deal with some streaming bullshit stuff, paid RM250 monthly. Last month I noticed suddenly it got renames 800mbps pro upgrade.

I wouldnt know if it already 800mbps because wifi speed probably max like under 400mbps. But these days I noticed service are getting horrible by the day. Im getting 20mbps speed as typing this now with no channel or support to send a complaint.
