So my current 300Mbps (SWU2.0, paying RM129 per month) eligible for SWU4.0? Contract ends in less than 6 months. Means I will lose the FSU right?

Hi All,

I got Unifi Fiber 300mbps. The guy said will give me Dlink but just notice it is Fiberhome AX3000.
(My fault, didn't ask him after the installation. Not in the right mind that time)

I google and found the MESH setup video which need to put the 2 router 8 meter apart.

Question.
Can I just buy another Fiberhome AX300o to create the MESH ?

My scenario is I need to put the 2nd router at the attic so that upper-floor user can connect.
I already have the network cable pulled.

Can I use the Network cable to connect both router to create the MESH setup ?

Of course. That's the best setup ever. Many people wish they can use those setup (using cable to connect between mesh routers).

By the way, do I use the TM Guide which pair the router using the WIFI to set up the MESH first then use cable to connect later ?

hi...mine is 500 mbs turbo upgrade 2018. So far does not receive any info on free upgrade? should i go straight to unifi to enquire?

Can I check if Unifi no longer have rebate for their bills? I can no longer find them in the App. Before this, with enough points can claim rebate on the next bill

Guys, my contract is ending this 21st Dec, going to ask for swu package.

Thing is, I won't be around for few days during that week, is it possible to request for the swu package before the contract expiry? Then once expired automatically continue with swu package?

Or I need to do it after the contract expire? If so, does it matter if I do it like a week later ?

In case you missed it. Now rewards already fully reworked with tiered perks but unfortunately bill rebate is disappeared from any tiers

btw here is the SWU4.0 TNC

Just wondering if the SWU4.0 100mbps 79 is true or not cuz last week only went to unifi store is 89 but my parrent house latest bill not yet out.
If double standard have to bisng lagi, but I doubt can do anything cuz it tnc so strong change here and there haiz
