hi...mine is 500 mbs turbo upgrade 2018. So far does not receive any info on free upgrade? should i go straight to unifi to enquire?

I'm under turbo upgrade 500 mbps 2018...RM 189. Looking at the current promo, is it better for me to take them? Waiting for upgrade but no news so far

I plan not to wait for the speed upgrade but rather to get better offer within my current plan from Unifi (Turbo upgrade 2018, 500 mbps). If I go to TM point tomorrow, what is the best offer I can ask from them? At the moment what I can see, free 6 months + WIFI 6 with RM 149 per month for 500 mbps package.

Unifi technician came today to install new wifi router for SWU 4.0 extra. so my timeline:
31/1: submit application to migrate to Maxis 1/2: received call from Unifi sales and counter offer for SWU 4.0 extra 6/2 morning: order created and chat with Unifi to reconfirm the package for SWO 4.0 6/2 afternoon: Technician call and came for wifi 6 installation all together about 6 days |
