Forget about DNS for 1 sec. TM took over 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1. Even http traffic goes to their server.

Back to DNS, 8.8.8.8™ and 1.1.1.1™ has no DoH/DoT support so DNS fails and no internet access. Even if they have DoH/DoT, they don't have the cert so fail also.

That's why I ask ppl to check https://8.8.8.8 or https://1.1.1.1 to confirm if they're affected. No DNS involved here.

My bro house FSU last year from 300>500, last month free upgrade again from 500>800, but he claimed that speed test can't even reach 500 now, in addition lantency not stable, phots & videos loading also slow at night

What happen if accessing link above has sometimes invalid cert occasionally, not all the time redirect to tm server

The thing about these "conditions" they set into their carrier grade routers/switches. As the traffic becomes congested, this type of filtering, firewall rules, will just make the internet slow to a crawl? Is that part of the reason why internet have been getting slower and slower.

these scumbags....... they just called me a couple of days ago, offered me "FREE UPGRADE". 800mbps to 1gbit. i asked the lady why free upgrade. she said govt says to make internet cheaper. so instead of slashing rates, they offer MORE SPEED. of course this is simply benchmark speed. I rarely see any of my downloads hitting 800mbps let alone 1gbps. what i do see is slow network, especially at night.

so for TM, 800mbps / 1gbps wouldn't matter coz the reality of almost all transfers, we'd never hit such speeds.

Using Brave browser? Kena already. But your DNS settings still allows you to access the DNS blocked sites. Same as mine.

Yesterday was fine for me too, today no more (iHerb also not accesible anymore). Upon performing DNS query for iHerb, the record is now pointing to TM IP
