Unifi agent 0379647000 just called. He offered me upgrade from 30mbps to 100mbps at the same price with condition of contract 2 years. I told the fellow already upgrade without contract so what is he talking about. He claims that the previous upgrade was from government, not permanent cause no black and white. Went to checked the unifi dashboard really still showing 30mbps despite having been upgraded to 100mbps based on speedtest.

Double check via bill statement, even my plan shows 300mbps SWU, but on the bill shows 500mbps adv plus.
Also that number is not from a TM Agent, that's TM's Sales Dept.

So far I think only one members here was upgraded from 800mbps to 1gbps.

Wondering is anyone else got the free upgrade for 800mbps user?

is the connection to europe crap on all ip ranges right now? i am seeing 30 - 100 kbps speeds only depending on the ip range i connect to. if i go through VPN in Japan i am back to pretty much full speed.

now offering same speed at RM119.50 with one SIM unlimited call+unlimited internet for 12 months

what is ur montly payment ? if below 239 then wait patiently, if above that can ask for new upgrade 1Gbps @ RM 239 value broadband only, the jinX only + 2 years contract

Bill statement still show unifi 30mbps.

Been informed (unofficially) that only those customers currently paying at least RM239 on their 800 mbps plan will get free upgrade to 1Gbps.This is to bring price alignment and standardization on the 1Gbps plan @RM239 after upgrade, as there's so many price variations on the 800mbps plan due to previous discounts promo. I think you're paying RM129 or less for your 800mbps plan, correct? Just like me, likely not going to get the 1Gbps free upgrade. Also was told, if need 1Gbps then I have to pay RM239. Let see if TM will make a u-turn on this (unofficial) policy.
